Nick Donofrio has led a long and wildly productive career at IBM.  For anyone who has had the pleasure of hearing him speak -- or meeting him in person -- you know that he is incredibly passionate and dedicated to the advancement of technology in the service of societal progress.  So it's no wonder that a group of IBMers were motivated to serenade him with a farewell song, since he is retiring form IBM.  He also posted a letter on the Greater IBM alumni  community site.
